External hard drives are a MUST, if you have tons of files to keep for your business.
For me, I run two digital businesses; this digital design business and a photography business... that require me to keep hundreds of photos from each of my clients sessions, websites and logos.

- Get all those files off your computers! All that junk slows down you computer.
Get them off, separated form personal stuff and organized.
Getting organized is one of the TOP things you need to do for your business.
-An external hard drive holds MUCH more than your computers.
-If you computer crashes... you won't lose any important files or client documents!
- Easily accessed on other computers if need be!
Pros and Cons
PROS: It is 4tb! This holds muchhh more than your computer would!
CONS: If you are using a Mac, you have to convert it FIRST, before you can use it. But it is easy to convert! - I use a Mac and it only took me a couple seconds to convert it.
Conclusion
Getting your business organized and all of your files separated is KEY to keeping up with everything, when it comes to running a small business.
This hard drive is cheaper than others at the store and reliable! And of course... having it come to your doorstep through Amazon is a huge plus :-)
